The classification Asperger's syndrome to become obsolete?
Has anyone seen this story on Asperger's Syndrome and the proposal to fold it into the single broad diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder?
That's according to an article in The New York Times that states that experts who are revising psychiatry's diagnostic manual have proposed eliminating the term from the new edition of the manual, due out in 2012. For more information on the article, go to our news section.
